Australian owned and designed, printed in India—some designs are digitally reproduced, others screenprinted by hand using water-based inks gentle on both fabric and planet, and true to the spirit of the original artwork.
The featured artwork is licensed directly from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, whose creative practice is honoured in full—with royalties paid monthly, recognising the creative authorship and cultural significance of every design.
Bush Medicine Plants Design - These designs are owned by Rosie Ngwarrin Ross, an artist of Ampilatwatja.
The community of Ampilatwatja made a conscious decision not to paint 'altyerr' dreaming stories, keeping them private. The artists paint their country where those stories sit. This detailed work is influenced by her daughter Margaret, Rosie creates the vibrant lively images of her country with brushes and sticks depicting the plants used for food and medicine, important to the survival of bush dwellers.
