Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from Brisbane, QLD. Parcels are packaged and shipped within 2 business days via Australia Post. Depending on your location delivery of your package can take 2 to 10 days. Once your parcel is despatched we will contact you via email to provide you with a tracking number.
A signature may be required upon delivery. If a receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a redelivery where applicable. Australia Post may leave the item in a safe place where applicable. Please add a note to your order if your require contactless delivery or have any other requirements.
