Salt Bush adapts well to dry, salty soils and has traditionally been used in cooking. This Saltbush Dukkah is a handy staple to have in the pantry, for both entertaining and for everyday cooking with a touch of Australian wild bush flavours.

Serving Suggestions:
  • Serve with olive oil and bread platter; dip bread in oil, then in dukkah, and enjoy.
  • Crust meats, fish, and other protein; Dip small fillet into oil, press into Saltbush Dukkha and cook in oven. Cooking time will depend on your oven and how you prefer the protein.
  • Sprinkle on salads, pasta salads, and potato salads.
  • Sprinkle on toasted sourdough with avocado smash or eggs your way.
