Salt Bush adapts well to dry, salty soils and has traditionally been used in cooking. This Saltbush Dukkah is a handy staple to have in the pantry, for both entertaining and for everyday cooking with a touch of the Australian outback.

- Serve with olive oil and bread platter; dip bread in oil, then in dukkah, and enjoy.
- Crust meats and fish; Dip small fillet into oil, press into Saltbush Dukkha and cook in oven for approximately 20 minutes at 160 degrees. Cooking time will depend on your oven and how you prefer to eat meats.
- Sprinkle on salads, pasta salads, and potato salads.
